Liked · The hotel is well located, the front desk service is warm, the price is reasonable, the room is bright and spacious, is newly renovated. The bed is comfortable. It's just great overall. I would recommend it to friends and stay here again.

Liked · This place is a hidden gem. Had it not been for the reviews recommending it, I may have passed it over based on the appearance of the outside of the motel. It would have been a mistake. Our room was super clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room had the coolest retro fridge inside! The kitchen area was very well stocked with anything you could need to cook in your room if you wanted to. The breakfast room is absolutely beautiful! It was decorated so nicely and had a very warm and cozy feel. The food was incredible and there were plenty of options. I've been to fancy hotels that don't offer this kind of selection. Please give this place a try if you are staying in Whitecourt. I will definitely be staying here again when in the area. Well done Cloud 9 Inn :)

Liked · Rooms are renovated, clean, and quite. The staff is very kind and they offered a nice breakfast. We would stay again the next time we passed through.

Liked · Just driving through Canada and this is the one of the best spots we've stopped at! Service is great, Free breakfast and rooms are getting remodeled and we had one of those remodeled rooms and it's clean/full kitchen and big bathroom! Verry happy that we decided to stop here!
